It helps to include the app’s name, your device and its system version, and what happened just before the problem.

Fremitus

Is Fremitus a medical device?
No. Fremitus is an educational tool for learning to listen to heart and lung sounds. Do not use it to diagnose, monitor or treat anyone.
Where is my progress saved?
On your device. Your settings, saved sessions and quiz progress are not stored online, so deleting the app or clearing your browser’s data for the site removes them.
The heart sounds are quiet or thin on my phone.
Heart sounds are mostly low in pitch, and phone and laptop speakers reproduce very little of that range. Use headphones or earbuds to hear them properly.

Purchases and refunds

How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. For the App Store, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, see Google Play’s refund help.
I got a new phone. How do I get my purchase back?
Purchases belong to the Apple Account or Google account that made them. Sign in with the same account on the new device, install the app again, and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
In Fremitus, open the settings menu and tap Manage subscription. You can also cancel from your device: on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

See our Privacy Policy for how Fremitus handles information.
